1. Local pick-up at our store: “Iecavnieki”, Iecavas novads, LV-3913, Latvia;
2. Omniva parcel terminal;
3. Delivery with courier.

Costs of delivery(within Latvia):

1. Local pick-up – 0.00 €
2. Omniva parcel terminal – starting from 2.19 € + VAT
3. Delivery with courier – starting from 5.12 € + VAT.

Costs of delivery may vary depending on method of delivery and total weight of parcel.

A VAT of 21 % is also calculated for each order to any EU country. Please be mindful of any customs charges that may apply in your destination country. We don’t control customs policies and can’t predict these extra charges if they occur, so it’s up to you to cover these. If you’re not sure, contacting your local customs office for further info will be helpful.

RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase for some reason or another,
here you can find out how to do this:

1. Remember, the product should not be used, and the original packaging needs to be retained, cans should not be opened;
2. Products can be returned within 14 days from the date you’ve received goods;
3. You can return products to our factory free of charge. If you would like to use courier/parcel terminal, delivery fee has be covered by the Buyer;
4. Please make sure you have all documents about making and receiving the purchase – receipts etc.;
5. If you wish to return your purchase to us, please contact us info@painteco.com and we’ll provide you with a refund template that you can fill in;
6. After receiving the return, we’ll transfer a refund to your bank account over the next 14 days.
